Potbelly Sandwich Shop

Ordered delivery and my Banana Pudding Shake that I added chocolate to tasted like a vanilla shake with a HINT of banana and no chocolate. My skinny sandwich did not have a lot of turkey or condiments and the garlic aioli I could barely taste. Glad the bread was fresh. The Loaded Potato Soup had tiny bits of potatoes and I tasted no bacon, green onion or cheddar cheese. It tasted gritty and starchy. Also it was missing the pot pie topping I paid extra for. I can pay the same and eat at much better sandwich places which is what I will do.

I have had Potbelly in the past and remember enjoying it. Figured we would try it again since it is close to home now in Sweetwater and we had a coupon. The place was new and clean and the employee was nice. The sandwiches we got were ok at best and I felt overpriced for what they were. Even if I had another coupon it would be difficult to go back. Definitely better sandwich places. I do not see this place being here very long.

I am a loyal potbellys customer. I always get the farmhouse salad. Today I ordered one from the Apex store. It was missing bacon. It only had a very small amount of blue chesse crumbles and two small slices of chicken. Overall, the salad was half the size it usually is. This was not the experience I was used to from other potbelly stores

Great new location. Dining area is clean, staff is quick and attentive, and the food tastes great. We are very happy to have a convenient sandwich shop open near us!

Was looking forward to trying Potbelly for the first time. There’s not a lot of seating and tables are close to each other. The staff was not friendly like I would have expected with a grand opening. The sandwich was just “ok”, it wasn’t worth the price we paid and expected a better sandwich overall.
