So I order a really simple BLTA. Bacon lettuce tomato and avocado. This is what I got. And I hade to wait for it. Horrible expirence idk how you mess this up. It's wild that I had to get all the way home just for this complete disappointment. Someone needs to get let go asap.

The gal at the counter was very friendly and greeted me with a warm smile. The atmosphere inside was nice. And that's where my positivity ends, unfortunately. I ordered carryout as I only live 4 minutes away, and just wanted to eat at home. I picked up our food 3 minutes prior to the promised time. The "hot" sandwiches were nowhere near hot. Not even Luke warm. And then there's the taste. Not good. Not good at all. Do yourself a favor and go to Jersey Mike's or Subway. Sorry, Potbelly, this was our first visit and our last.

My coworkers eat here daily. I finally gave it a try and wow! Yum!! The sandwich tasted "fresh" if that makes sense. Better than JJ's and Subway. Online ordering available.

Toasted sandwiches, great sides, cookies, and milkshakes. There's an underground menu on the app with some intersection combos.

Under $6.00? Hell yes. Fast & fresh. Toasted Turkey Club was my choice. Only takes about 2 minutes to roll through the line. Toast it & add your toppings. Good lunch choice. They have soups and salads also.
