I ordered the BLTA. Bacon lettuce tomato avacado sandwich . They need to rename it the BBLTA - burnt bacon lettuce tomato avocado sandwich . They had me pull around and wait . I guess they needed more time to burn the bacon. It was gross I had to pick off the bacon to eat the sandwich. So, I basically paid out the butt for a vegetable sandwich. This place blows but if you have friends and family that you hate definitely bring them here for an expensive and horrible tasting sandwich. I’m sure they’ll hate you for it.

My wife and I got the chicken club, and tuna salad sandwiches, and they were incredibly good! Some of the best fast food sandwiches we’ve ever had. We also both got strawberry shakes, which taste super fruity and real. Cannot recommend this place enough! Also, they have wall plugs at EVERY booth, so this makes a great place to come study if needed. The atmosphere is chill and nice.

I ordered an Italian sub with peppers and light mayo from the drive-thru this evening. When I got home and opened up the sandwich, that’s all my sandwich consisted of. I tried to call the store to ask if it came with the regular things that typically come on the sandwich, and the person that was helping me (with attitude) said, 'No, you have to order it with everything.' She offered no concession but attitude when I told her I didn’t remember their subs coming that way. Listen, I’m from Chicago, the birthplace of Potbelly’s, and I can clearly remember them using a knife to hold everything down while they fold it up and wrap it up before they hand it to you.

First time eating here, wasn’t really sure what to expect. I don’t eat at a lot of sandwich shows so I don’t really know what to compare it to, maybe firehouse subs? Lots of sandwich options, I got the pizza sandwich which was really good. The staff was very friendly and answered all my questions. They have a rewards program you can signup for and get free cookies and sandwiches. Would like to see more non sandwich options. My kids loved the oatmeal chocolate chip cookies. Will definitely being going back.

The girls tonight around 9pm 2/19/26 seemed like they hated their lives. The one in the Grey OU sweater literally was mumbling under breath the entire time. Not only did she practically butcher the sandwich I ordered she just was not pleasant at all. I love PotBelly, but they have a bad apple in there. I hope it was just a bad day
