I placed an online order that was supposed to be ready — you know, the whole point of ordering online. Thirty minutes later, I’m still standing there watching people walk in, order, get their food, and leave… I asked multiple times about my order, but the communication level was somewhere between “ghosted by your situationship” and “radio silence from NASA.” Still waiting, still hungry, still confused. Honestly, this location deserves an award for “Best Unintentional Patience Test.”

Joe was great! Super nice guy, hard worker and smart! GIVE HIM A RAISE ALREADY! also staff was very nice & food was great! Will be coming back because of Joe! Thank you Joe!

Asked for a shake around 3 hours before close and they had the typical McDonald’s trope answer: “We ran out of ice cream”. The employee with the Minnesota hat was dismissive and rude throughout the process. Employees were just watching videos on their phone in the food and not paying attention.

Had a great time dining in the store talked to the staff while building my own sandwich. Nadia and Brandon were both amazing workers, kind and made a great sandwich. Sandwich tasted delicious and the shakes are great as always. Will definitely come back to the store. 10/10 sandwich bro.

Fresh, hot food- ordered thru food delivery service and came quick and piping hot - sandwich wasn’t quite as loaded like the pic on their website, but still a pretty good sandwich; also bowl of soup was a bit on small size; for the price, portions could be better
