10/10. The bread is so delicious and fresh. True atmosphere of Chicago. The customer service is truly some of the best you'll experience in the Tampa Bay area... In ANY business, not just casual dining sector. Everyone couldn't be more friendly or helpful in their drive to make you happy. I really am blessed I love nearly just across the street. Please go visit them, and then leave them an honest review like I've done. It helps grow their business, and w too many food places closing down, let's drive to keep this store going. P. S. Remember what I said about customer service. Great job Largo team!

Publix who? Publix only wish they could make a sub so delicious, they lost their top spot. Potbelly is amazing bursting with mouth watering flavor that keep your taste buds begging for more!!!! The pizza sub was the best so far with many more to try. Definitely will be back

Our office received catering from Potbelly (great name btw) & holy cow this place is sooooooooo yummy! The bread was so warm & soft and the cookies just melt in your mouth, the salad OMG just LOOK at it! The gentleman who brought all the yumminess was very friendly!! Definitely a great experience, can’t wait to have it again!

First time at Potbelly Sandwich Shop & was very pleased on the atmosphere and decor. Upbeat music was playing which added to the nice experience. Very hospitable staff on hand that did a great job helping me choose what I wanted, along with putting it all together perfectly and in a timely manner. Shout out to Ryan, Emily, Deven, James & Jhon for doing a great job so everything turns out great!! Definitely will recommend and also will be back again!!

$15 for chips, drink and a hot sandwich that went directly into the trash. The gentleman who made it was really sweet and I was optimistic. Unfortunately my first visit will be my last. I got the avo turkey and there was no cheese on it, no flavor added by the oil, vinegar and Italian seasoning. It was like eating rubber on bread and not at all warm. Two bites and into the garbage it went.
