I love Potbelly Sandwiches, anytime I choose to eat here my sandwich is always made perfectly. My go to is the Prime Steak sandwich with extra garlic aioli, add hot peppers combo with original Zapps kettle chips. I’d definitely recommend this sandwich shop to anyone in the area.

My visit to Potbelly wasn’t particularly bad, it was just that I maybe don’t fit the target demographic. The restaurant was clean and the service was friendly and efficient, so I do give them credit for that. I just didn’t like the whole ambiance. It seemed too much like a hipster type of place. I ordered the Italian sub and felt like the portion size was pretty small for the price point compared to the competitors. The taste was decent, but I’ve had better too. While the sandwich scene in the Holland area is admittedly lacking, I do think there are better subs to be had in the area, especially for the price.

Been a customer for 5+ years food is great but pricey. Cashier got smart with me when I didn’t leave a tip on $17 dollar sandwich. I’ve left plenty of tips in the past but never will again after the cashier acted like a petulant child.

Recently tried the Potbelly in Holland for the first time. Can say with a smile that I won’t be back as they absolutely butchered my pizza melt sandwich. Tried to make it easier by ordering online and taking some mushrooms off and replacing them with bacon. Obviously that was too much for them as they literally put two slices of pepperoni, one slice of cheese, a dab of marinara sauce, no bacon, and mushrooms. Paid $8 for a sandwich that was the quality of 50 cents. Thanks Potbelly! 😁👍🏻

Potbelly remains a consistent spot to enjoy a delicious salad or sandwich. You know exactly what you’re going to get served in a super pleasant atmosphere. I love how they tie the decor to their local community. The employees at the HOLLAND location are extra friendly and smiley.
