Came in to get a Cubano with standard toppings they gave me tomato on the sandwich and I don’t eat tomatoes and it made my sandwich soggy and nasty and also my points weren’t added when the cashier said yes it was and he didn’t want to print me off a receipt. It was just a bad experience altogether and then I called To understand why there was tomatoes on my sandwich they said they couldn’t help because I didn’t have my receipt. I told them I couldn’t get the receipt because the guy had already thrown it in the trash and said that my Accounted for gave them the last four of my card to look up my receipt haven’t heard anything Couldn’t eat the sandwich because I hate tomatoes

Worst place ever. I am vegetarian and I always order Mediterranean sandwich without meat. I got sick with vomiting few months ago after eating at this place. I thought to give it a try again today. I ordered the same kind of sandwich again, they double check with me that I don’t want meat inside and I said yes. When I came home, I started eating the sandwich watching my tv. I did not realize until my last bite that they ended up giving me chicken sandwich. I am so mad. I never gave negative review to them when I got sick, but today I had to. I never had any kind of meat before:((((

So disappointed with this location. My online orders had been wrong in the past many times and I usually let it go. This past Sunday I tossed my order away as I am extremely allergic to avocado. I was not able to go back and have them fix it, so I called and explained to them the situation. The “team lead” guy on Sunday was very rude and uninterested. When I pointed out food allergy should be taken seriously I was told he would refund me so I could shut up about it. That has not happened and I received no email confirming the refund of a sandwich I literally tossed in the trash. I don’t recommend their online ordering. The cherry on top was the missing mushrooms on a veggie sandwich. SMH. Awful place will not be going back.

We love Potbelly! Nice location and friendly workers! Original Roast beef with provolone cheese, lettuce, extra pickles, hot peppers and Italian Seasoning on a white roll. My lunch date had an original Wreck with mayo, lettuce and pickles on a wheat roll. We both enjoyed a chocolate milkshake with a cookie on the straw. Sandwiches and shakes were delicious!! And two jars of hot peppers to go!!

Great location. Frequent lunch go 2. Amazing staff there with Lorena in leadership. Always friendly, staff such as Caleb and Lily they all deserve a raise for efforts.
