Potbelly

I had a great experience at Potbelly’s thanks to the cashier who helped me—I believe her name was Caitlin. She was very friendly, helpful, and helped me answer all of my questions. Great customer service like that really makes a difference. Thanks for the positive experience! 🙂

This review is only because of the service. This happened Saturday 11/08 around 4pm. It was my first time to Potbelly and I had a terrible experience. I didn't know it was like "subway" style and I went directly to the cashier. The guy making the sandwich was so rude just to tell us that we needed to go to the other side to start rhw order. Then he moved and didn't tell us we had to move along with him so he was screaming at us and we couldn't hear and that's when again he rudely said we had to come to where he was. When the sandwiches were done he threw them at us on the counter. The whole time he was rude and had this very unhappy face. This is definitely not the service I expect.. definitely not coming back.

Aaron helped me at the register and was so kind as to go above and beyond with his customer service. I made a snarky comment about the sugar cookies looking a bit overdone to which he heard, and asked if I’d like to look through another stack of cookies—in a pile underneath the counter? I appreciated his willingness to ensure my experience was nothing short of amazing. I then went back to my car and found a receipt from a month before, and noticed he was the cashier helping me that time as well. It’s rare finding people who work in customer service and display commitment and dedication to their job, and for that I’m appreciative of Aaron’s help!

So delicioso. Great customer service, friendly staff, lots and lots of toilet paper in the bathroom. Clean bathroom, smells so good. Very clean restaurant. Love potbelly and their cooked are delicious especially the oatmeal chocolate chip cookies !! 😋

I want to preface that this review is so low solely because of the service. Workers are kind of judgemental and confusing. He was staring at me like I was crazy, but at least the food was good despite not being exactly what I wanted. I’ll probably come back some time, just with the hopes of a new worker being there. Update: I ordered a mediterranean sandwich and they didn’t give me half the toppings that actually come with the sandwich. Could’ve been a misunderstanding because the dude was so soft spoken, but why would I order a mediterranean sandwich ONLY to get chicken and feta, when it normally comes with avocado, red peppers, etc.
