I had to throw an entire sandwhich in the trash. The problem was - there was no food. Usually this location doesn’t skimp on their protein & I’ve never really had a bad experience, but this is unacceptable. I’m definitely checking my food next time I go. They gave me the smallest portion of turkey and avocado ever on my sandwhich, the avocado was like plastic (hard to the touch.) The only thing they got right was a large amount of onions that would make you cry. Is this the “shrinkflation” everyone keeps talking about? Paying for the same over priced food while getting a 3 year olds portion. I’m noticing more & more how you can’t trust these commercial food places anymore. I had a very frustrating experience today due to poor customer service. While I was waiting in line, another customer ahead of me was confused about the difference between no cheese and provolone on his sandwich. Instead of calmly clarifying things for him, a young lady working there abruptly jumped into the conversation in an unprofessional way. When it became my turn and I simply asked a question about the chili, she told me I needed to remain in line because they were short-staffed. I never asked about staffing, nor was I trying to skip the line — I was already next. The response felt unnecessary, dismissive, and rude. My wife and I tried to order for delivery and when the driver came, he gave me my food sealed up. I noticed one of the sandwiches I ordered was missing. I usually don’t have bad experience at this location because it’s my favorite but I won’t be ordering for here anymore with mishaps like this. I don’t want to pay my hard earned money for an incomplete order.i didn’t put a 3 star review, im giving you a 1 star

This review is past-due. Visited on a SAT with friends a few weeks ago. Steady flow of customers and ambient music made it a bit hard to have a conversation in the main room. MONIQUE (the manager) was willing to open an accessory seating area to accommodate our Senior group and make interaction easier. OH, the food was delicious also. Probably the best Potbelly's location on the South side. KUDOS to Monique for a well run operation! I'll be back. 😎

I've only done pickup here and never had any issue other than the wait time being quite a bit longer than expected. The food has always been great and I like the location. It's very big and spacious with a giant free parking lot. I recommend it if you're looking for a good sandwich in the area. Just like every other potbelly I've been too, and they never seen to have ingredient shortages.
