Potbelly

Great shop, friendly service and the quality sandwich you’d expect from potbelly’s. I love the chicken cheddar, and I load it up with hot peppers (Chicago style giardiniera), onions, tomato’s, lettuce, and mayo on multigrain. Would recommend - great spot for lunch or otherwise!

Potbelly's is my favorite sandwich shop right now. Everything is so fresh and it is so much better than JJ or Subway or anywhere else. Fresh ingredients, fresh desserts and the staff is very friendly. I have finally started using the app the last 5 times I've been there and have already received a free cookie and sandwich. Great place for lunch!!

Super loud music from a speaker sitting on top of some machine. More then just the loud , it was vulgar explicit song, I really didn’t appreciate that with my 11 and my wife. Couldn’t hear or place an order. Bad customer service. Place was dirty, a Mat by the fountain machine was rolled, trip hazard. Horrible experience.

Great experience and food is always as expected. There was an issue on the app and my order wasn’t received. The manager took care of the issue quickly and was extremely courteous.

Nothing wrong with the food. Maybe a bit more than I would like to spend, but the quality is quite nice for a fast casual sandwich shop. My wife and I had the steakhouse beef, wife went skinny and I went original. Unlike one of the previous reviews I saw for this restaurant, the skinny was half the size of the original, not the same size. I had the spicy peppers on mine, and they are fairly spicy. Spicer than anything I've had from other sub shops. Kudos for that. The chip brand they use, Zapps, is ok. Not great and wouldn't search it out if I was craving some kettle chips, but there spicy chips were more spicy than most brands. Kind of confused by this place to be honest. Nothing to write home about, probably won't be back for quite a long time, but it's a pretty good sandwich. Anyway, ta
