Potbelly

Pot Belly is an alternative to many of the sub shops around, their sandwiches are a bit smaller than the others but they're good. I asked for sautéed onions with my roast beef but very little was added. Their shakes are made the old-fashioned method that you can actually drink thru a straw.

Excellent sandwiches made toasty and served hot - recommend the cheese prime rib steak, meatball, and Mediterranean sandwiches. Service was decent on Fri evening; but not great. Store was clean and organized and ambiance was nice - the kids loved it!

Today our dental office was celebrating, because our work team had reached the goals of the week. So we decided to make a lunch for the whole work team and contacted POTBELLY, to be our supplier. But? What happened? Our lunch did NOT arrive at the suggested time, we had to call several times and claim for our order to arrive. 😔😠 And when it finally arrived, the order was not the right part of the team did NOT receive their food. The Restaurant sent us some extra sandwiches and that was what they ate, but what they ordered and wanted to eat... IT WAS NOT WHAT THEY RECEIVED. 😩👎🏻 That didn’t feel good. 😢💔

Went during BOGO. It was wild. A lot of frustrated people but the staff handled it so well. Especially Josue, Edgar and the woman who was starting the sandwiches (missed her name). Always amazes me when people don’t have enough patience to wait an extra 10 minutes after wasting 4 hours of their day on social media. Do better. The staff did.

I haven't eaten at a Potbelly in a long time. I remember loving their sandwiches, but this time, I got the Italian. It was good, but I didn't enjoy it as much as I used to. Not sure why. The employees are friendly and the store is very clean. I like the Alien on the wall. I might come back and try again.
