Potbelly

The Deerfield Potbelly location makes really good sandwiches. Our turkey breast and grilled chicken sandwiches were made correctly, fresh, and packed with ingredients but not a bit messy! I liked the bogo free this week on the Potbelly app.

We go here all the time for lunch with coworkers, so I’ve probably been here like 12 times in the past year. I have yet to have a single order that’s made correctly. Every single time it’s wrong. Today it was on the wrong bread (which happens all the time). Last time they forgot the toppings (which also happens all the time). It’s not even a complicated order, either. It’s a basic turkey sandwich 😭

Thank you Liza for the amazing customer service! When we were given the incorrect order by another employee, Liza went out of her way to make the issue right. We appreciate her going above and beyond to fix the issue!

Ordered regular size, got small and charged for regular. The employee needs to be trained. Rude employee.

Today is national sandwich day, or so my app informed me. So I took advantage of their BOGO special. Ordered the Mediterranean and a Veggie for in store pick up. Added some lettuce Tomatoes and onions to each. I do walk in pickup to get the walking steps. Order was ready when I arrived. Bag easy to get to on the shelf just inside the door. Sandwiches 🥪 customized as I asked. Tasts great.
