Potbelly

First time and I love it, the customer services was great, people with a big smile and very nice. The atmosphere is great, everything clean and good looking. The sandwiches are very tasty and jummy, and they were toasted l, I really like it. Recommended.

I placed an online order at 10:30am for a 1pm delivery. At 1pm, I called the store to make sure that the food was on the way and was told that Doordash had not assigned a driver yet. While I was on the phone, I was told a driver was assigned and that the food would be picked up in 10 minutes. I called back at 1:35pm and was told by a different associate that the order still had not been assigned. It was explained that they have a new system where they are no longer doing their own deliveries and send their orders to Doordash. I understand that and recognize that the employees in the store are just doing their job. They were very polite and apologetic, but at the end of the day, the system failed, I did not get my order and was eventually told that the system said my order was cancelled.

So I have eaten at this PotBelly location on numerous occasions and I have always had an excellent sandwich. Today, not only was it not the size that I paid for but this was the most lackluster, tasteless sandwich.

Not satisfied at all. Who makes a sandwich with no vegetables even when recommended? Don’t recommend!

Great experience here recently! We walked in for a weekday lunch and did not experience any delays or issues. Counter staff was friendly and efficient with fulfilling our order. Our food was great, as usual with Potbelly! The BLTA sandwich is satisfying and tasty. Perfect portions and flavor. Too hungry to snap photos, once again. After finishing our meal and walking out, it was funny to see a random portrait of hometown celebrity, JC Chasez on the wall. Give this place a try for a great lunch!
