Great chow, great speed, great price @ Bloomington location. Campus location in normal screwed up order was cold and not at all like Bloomington branch. They were top notch extremely polite as well asattentive and chow was hot , cost effective and fantastic. Mac and cheese and every skinny combo sub short of BBQ was fantastic. The sweet heat BBQ had WAY TOO MUCH heat for my old but I wish they offered a regular BBQ choice w no spicy at all. That's my favorite type of sandwich. Was so hot had 1 bite & had to give it to goodfriend that was a hot sauce and spicy freak. He said it was good and I was a baby lol!!! Just can't handle spicy food any longer. Every other sub has been Soooo tasty.

First time visiting. Recommend by our son. Got the ham and swiss with a cup of mac n cheese. Wow! Now I wish we had one back home. Will definitely stop again when I spot a location in my travels. Great job!

Aspen is working magic behind the counter. We got here in the evening and she was by her self initially and holding down the fort. She was efficient and thorough and made excellent sandwich for us. Unlike some other folks who may be disgruntled or irritated with handling the large volumes and orders by themselves she was even keel and gave us the attention and the best service. Proof was in the pudding when we ate our sandwich. I was compelled to go back and share with her how impressed and happy we were. She is truly a rockstar!! Thank you Aspen for making our experience so wonderful. You would not have known but we just moved into a new apartment, so after driving for about 10 hours and the move this perfect sandwich is exactly what we needed. Thanks for making our experience so great!!

Great customer service! Friendly Staff! But the store & your prep areas are filthy! Takes the food quality way down. Asked for a bag for my sandwich combo & was confused by what’s on the bottom of the bag. Please put more effort into sanitizing…

Came to Bloomington with my granddaughter for a shopping visit, she wanted to try potbelly. It was phenomenal, we both got the wreck sandwich, I got a small bowl loader bake potato soup, and voodoo chips, she also ordered a strawberry shake, I tasted it and wow it was so good. I will definitely be back for another lunch. Place is clean, nice atmosphere for a sandwich shop, clean. Your in Bloomington for lunch stop in, it's so good you might not find a parking spot.
