I love this little rustic sandwich shop at Ann Arbor. I bought the prime rib sandwich and I'm having mixed feelings. It's definitely a solid sandwich and the veggies were very flavorful, but I purchased the prime rib sandwich for the prime rib not the veggies and the sandwich was not packing a lot of meat. Overall if they didn't skimp out on the meat this would be one of the best sandwiches I had. —04/30/25

Great restaurant! Love potbelly, at least this location. The prices are very reasonable and portions are good. One meal and a milkshake had me full for hours (in a good way). I would recommend every sandwich, very flavorful! The milkshakes were also delicious and well worth the money. Oreo flavor is perfect.

The food is high-quality and fresh, there are many options thanks to customizability, the service is quick and friendly, location is great and convenient. This is the perfect go-to sandwich shop. All the sandwiches are great, just make sure to add the hot peppers. The Mediterranean is my personal favorite.

Thin sandwiches... I was not pleased with the size of the meat portion on my sandwich. Three different types of meat, about one thin slice each... Not Acceptable At All

Really want to like this place but my last two powerhouse salads had rotten cucumbers, and since it was to go I didn't know until I was back at work. They had to have seen them while adding the chicken, right? The tomatoes also tasted off even though they looked ok.
