Potato King food truck

I just want to start off by saying, I never do reviews. So here I am writing my first review…. I first found out about Potato King off TikTok & I’ve been wanting to give them a try for quite some time. I’m so glade me & my husband finally had the time to take the drive down to NRH. We ordered the small potato with bistec & shrimp and the bistec burrito. They definitely were very much worth the hype! The carne was juicy & flavorful. 10/10 would definitely recommend & WE WILL be coming back! I just saw they also had aguas frescas, I only wished I had tried one.

After seeing this truck for a couple of years we finally decided to try it tonight. Glad that we did. She got a loaded small baked potato and it was really good. I got the loaded fries with bistec and two tacos, one bistec and one pastor. Again, it was all very good. Staff was very friendly. We will be back!

My colleagues and I ordered the chicken baked potato, steak baked potato and an al pastor baked potato and they were DELICIOUS! You added and removed any ingredients we requested, food was packed to the brim of the bowl and arrived hot. 10 out of 10! Meat was perfectly seasoned and was not dry. I do not recommend this place at all. I ordered two potatoes — one small and one large, both half shrimp and half beef. I waited over an hour for my order, and when I finally got home (after driving 30 minutes), I realized they gave me two small potatoes instead. One of them wasn’t even what I ordered — it had chicken and shrimp. On top of that, I was still charged full price. Highly disappointed with the service and accuracy of my order.

We’ve been eating here for over a year. We always get our potatoes fully loaded with different meats each time. Chicken has been our go to favorite, but you can go wrong with any of it. 10/10 highly recommend.
