Portneuf Valley Brewing

Newly reopened and absolutely worth the visit! My husband and I ate here this afternoon. He ordered the bacon bleu burger with tots (fried in tallow) and a crystalweisen beer. I ordered the chicken cheeseburger with fries and a limoncello cheesecake for dessert. Not only was it affordable, it had organic homegrown toppings and was incredibly delicious. The atmosphere is super cool and the owner and staff were friendly and some of the coolest people we’ve met. DEFINITELY come and support this awesome brewery and restaurant!

We love this place. On a long family trip to Yellowstone, we stopped and stayed in Pocatello for a night. We researched a place to eat that was close and had all the options that the entire family would enjoy. And Portneuf brewing was perfect. We had a chance to sit out back amongst the train cars, but it was massively hot that night so we came back inside. We ordered a burger, quesadilla, pasta and more. The service was great, super friendly and always asking if we needed more. The entire menu was amazing. Plus pizzas!! After a long drive, nothing hits the spot better then a ice cold beer. And they offer a bunch of options. The Twisted Stick Amber was my favorite. We will be back, next time we cross Idaho, Pocatello and Portneuf Valley will be our stop!

Yummy food and drinks, and great service and atmosphere. I absolutely love their sarsparilla! It is so good and comes in a large mug. Lots of variety on the menu. Restaurant is very clean and tables are spaced nicely. The homemade bread items are delicious!

Always love going here, they've got great food, beer and service! The Meat Lovers Pizza was just about as perfect as pizza can get! The Chicken Gyro is excellent & the cheesecake is a must. If you happen to stop in while Kellie is working she is amazing!

The staff here has always been excellent and last night was no exception. We started with the antipasto tray which was our go-to. I had the bleu bacon burger and it was the best one I've had anywhere. My wife had the smoked turkey sandwich on the beer ciabatta bread, which I tried, and enjoyed it as well. She had a sparkling raspberry lemonade, which she was not expecting the sparkling part, but really enjoyed it. I also had the Portneuf Porter with my meal and had to take a growler home with me. Definitely a 5-star experience for us.
