Portland Pie Company

I love pizza. I eat pizza at least once every two weeks. Portland Pie serves an awesome pizza. My wife and I went to the Portland Pie in Scarborough today. We ordered a garden salad and a 16” pepperoni, black pepper, sausage, and green pepper pizza. The salad was super fresh. It was cool, crunchy, juicy, and fresh. It was so big, we had to share it. The pizza was simply delicious and cooked perfectly. To top it off I got the Maine Beer Company, Lunch IPA. It just made the experience super awesome. There is a whole selection of great beers. The pub style atmosphere adds to the ambiance of a great sporty atmosphere. Lastly, ask for Shannon. Best server in Maine! She was so accommodating and helpful. She helped create the great experience my wife and I had. THIS IS A MUST VISIT IF YOU ARE IN

Everything we’ve ever ordered from here has exceeded expectations. Just recently tried sweet/spicy wings and had to get more the next night!! Pizzas: The County,Moosehead, the list goes on and on. Best place in Southern Maine.

We make it a point to stop here when in Maine. Pizza is always excellent, service is good, and happy hour has $5 drafts and $2 Millers. We always leave saying, that was really good!

I live in the area and was so excited to see they deliver. We had a large steak and cheese pizza, a salad, and a dessert. I was less than impressed with the pizza more than anything, which is concerning for a pizza joint. The toppings were scarce and only spread on the inner half of the pie. The crust was 3+ inches wide and so dry/hard. I expected more from a $27 pizza and wasn’t sure I’d give them another shot. They emailed asking about my experience, so I decided to share what I wrote above. I never received an email or call back, so I’m confused as to why they ask at all. Now I know I’ll definitely get Otto’s next time ☹️

My friend and I loved everything! It was kind of pricey ($2.50 per topping!) but our server recommended the old orchard and allowed us to replace artichoke with olives. We got the vegan cheese and I was so happy they didn't use daiya, they use follow your heart and it was amazing! Would definitely recommend. We got great service too.
