Portillo's Sycamore

First time eating Portillo’s and it was horrible. I got the beef sandwich and the bread was so soggy . It looked and felt like it was dipped in water. Just over all not good. Really disappointed because everyone was telling me to try this place since I just moved here from Texas. The root beer was great and the cheese fries.

2/26/26 late night people who took the orders weren’t very greeting. I understand it’s cold outside and everything but you took a job you took that job you must know what you’re signing up for. don’t reflect annoyance or attitude or just don’t work there. besides that food here is lovely and i go here all the time i personally. and the guy working drive through tonight was 10/10 customer service smile on his face. everything it should be

I am not one to post. But I’m sure this can’t be how getting hot peppers on the side is supposed to be this location needs to fire who ever does the peppers this is the 6th time this has happened from this location

I’ve been through the drive-thru several times recently and wasn’t asked for my rewards number. This has happened multiple times now. I just wanted to bring it to your attention so my rewards can be applied in the future.

I found hair in my beef they definitely did it on purpose, the staff were laughing when I asked the manager to look at the hair ,worst portillo's I've ever been too!!! Do not go here unless you want your food tampered with
