Typical Chicago style shaved beef sandwich mildly spiced with great tasting Aujus without the usual overt saltiness. Great menu for creative beef hot dog choices in varying traditional Chicago style choices. Portions are generous.....go hungry!

God I love this place ❤️. I wish that there were more of them so I wouldn't have to drive 45 minutes to get their amazing chopped salad with their amazing house dressing. But it was definitely worth it. Service was fast and efficient.

Go ahead and take your butts to portillos for some delicious all beef hot dogs with poppy seed bun! Too it with some chilli, cheese, or whatever else you like! Dip those crinkle fries in some warm melty cheese dip and top your meal of with one of their yummy desserts! The eclair cake is 🔥

We ordered from the drive-thru so I cannot comment on the atmosphere. I really enjoyed my Chicago dog and fries. I don't normally order milkshakes anymore but they had a seasonal candy cane milkshake that I had to try. It was delicious! I stayed safe and had vanilla ice cream as my base but if I have a chance to go back before leaving the area, I want to try chocolate cake as my base.

First time at this chain. We arrived at 7pm on Sunday and to my surprise, it was empty. The place is huge with so many different type of food that it was kind of confusing for a first timer. We decided to use the kiosk to place our order. We had 10 people in our group so the kiosk was a good choice. There's really nothing special about the menu. It seemed like a coney island place except this is much larger inside with a bit more offerings. I did notice a plant based hot dog with no real meat. I ordered it, tried it, and liked it a lot. That was unexpected. I couldn't tell that was a veggie hot dog. The rest of the group ordered different items. The food was fine except for the onion rings. They were too greasy and the onions were very thin strips definitely not recommended.
