Portillo's Cicero

While it doesn't have the charm of the original, it still has the same feeling. This is one of those Chicago Staples that you have to try at least once. I ordered two Chicago style dogs for myself and my daughter ordered a beef and cheese croissants. We're also added a large fry to share. First, while the croissant was delicious, it did not have as much cheese on it as I would have expected. That was based on the cost and the picture on the digital menu. The hot dogs are delicious but you get the standard Chicago style. They are kind of difficult to eat. Considering they put tomato slices, a whole pickle sphere, some peppers and other stuff on there. It's near impossible to get one bite containing all pieces. You end up eating it in different pieces with how being able to take a whole coll

Food is great not going to complain they have no respect . I placed 6 orders of #3 on the menu. they forgot to turn their microphone on mute and i heard them saying that i had order them because they were cheap . When i hadnt even notice that they were on promotion. Making it look like i cant afford them . I have a family of 6 and we always order them. That is not ethic for them to be talking about the customers

Awesome! Awesome food. Somewhat expensive but delicious. I went there with my son and 2 of my grandchildren. 🥰 ATMOSPHERE was perfect somewhat quiet,It was a Saturday and a hot day! We will definitely go again. The Shakes were thick and delicious,hit the spot. 💋we all had chocolate thick cold shakes...LOVE IT 😁. Forgot to take pictures of food we were hungry,MY son and myself had double bacon cheese burgers,kids had hot dogs with fries.😎😋😋😋.

Stopped at this Portillo's restaurant location on Cicero on a weekday afternoon, for an early dinner. Located not too far from Chicago Midway Airport, and it was perfect for us as we were on our way to the United Center to see the Blackhawks. We ordered food with the self service kiosk, but you can talk to a real person to order food as well. It didn't take long for the food to come up, and their servings are plenty big enough to share. This location is big and has plenty of seats and tables inside and on the patio outside, as well as lots of parking spaces. if you're in Chicago, you have to try one of their Chicago-style hot dogs. Recommended!

I called this location to ask for an item to be added to my Italian Beef that is not offered on the website. When I called I was told by a team member that I could not add the item after the order has been placed. I have done this several times and it has never been a problem. When I asked to speak with a manager the phone hung up. I called back a second time and someone picked up the phone and hung up. I called a third time and when they picked up the phone it was just a lot of laughing and giggling and then someone finally said hello and said they would add the item. I will let you know if it was added once the order arrives but this was a very unpleasant and unprofessional interaction. You should speak to your team members on how to be professional when taking calls in the phone. I do n
