Absolutely Perfection We ordered fried chicken and oxtail with rice. For sides we had candied yams, Mac and cheese and fried cabbage. Everything was very good, hot and fresh.

Absolutely outstanding! The food was delicious from start to finish. The collard greens were bursting with flavor, and the catfish was perfectly seasoned, cooked to perfection, and served in generous portions — all at a great price. The staff was warm, welcoming, and professional, and the atmosphere was spotless with peaceful music in the background. No matter where you’re coming from, make it a point to bring your family to Porter Soul Food Restaurant. I know I’ll be back!

I had the meatloaf, mashed potatoes, stuffing and collard greens. They were all delicious and I will definitely be a repeat customer. As a matter of fact I will be getting the pork ribs, green beans and potato salad tomorrow. The Porters were super friendly so nice, my new favorite restaurant.

We really loved the food and feel of comfort at Porters Soul food!! I can't believe we waited so long to eat here! Kind and courteous people, inviting and relaxing atmosphere and a soul satisfying home cooked meal. My 10 yo daughter said she was giving it a 10 star review!!!!

My first time going here the food was good. I enjoyed the fish and the oxtail was tender and delicious.
