Port of Subs

I recently visited this location and redeemed two free medium subs, two chips, and two drinks. The staff was very helpful and provided good customer service. However, the quality of the food was disappointing. I ordered the #1 and the #16, but both subs had very little meat just two extremely thin slices of meat making them mostly bread. The toppings also appeared old and unappetizing. The lettuce was green and brown, as if it had been sitting out for hours without proper refrigeration. The tomatoes looked slimy and past their prime, while the cucumbers tasted off despite appearing acceptable. Overall, the produce did not seem fresh. My first visit I ordered an Italian sub. The bread was about an eighth inch thick. See photo. Meat was sliced fresh but lacked bread. I have never had a sub that thin...ever!

Place was empty, tomatoes where extremely soggy, I had to request he brought out fresh spinach. There where 5 leaf that where turning black left. It was 3:00 pm. Nobody was out front when I walked in, or out. Definitely wouldn't return. Not well managed by the look of it. First impressions are huge. I will not go to any port of subs in the future. The guy working was pleasant, only thing going for this location. I got a reply from port of subs. They where sorry to hear about my experience and thanks me for the remark about the kindness of the employee. I was not giving the post to gain a thing. However, the fact they took the time to respond and not offer a better experience and second chance by replacing the sandwich shows why the quality is poor. Shame on them. Ill stick with fire side

Clean and convenient location. Staff was okay, but their food is way overpriced. Nice that they have potato salad too. The Small size is perfect for a light lunch.

Friendly and patient. They can make any of the sandwiches as a salad. They let you get as creative as you want to. They also offer avocados that have not been tainted with any additives.
