STAFF: I had the pleasure of meeting Maggie, Benny, Chuy & Hayden whole ordering my food here. Outstanding customer service from all of them. Chuy went out of his way to make sure I was a happy customer. He gave me a sample of the banana pudding. Of course, I had to take one to go because of how delicious it was. FOOD: Full of flavor and is the perfect example of Texas barbecue. Complements to the pit master! Definitely will be a returning customer.

They didn't have any water for the customers. No paper receipt. Only an email receipt. Brisket was warm, but not hot. One meat plate and a Brisket sandwich with a side $37.89 my wife and I ate there on a Saturday at 5:15pm. We were the only customers in the restaurant. The food was decent but not great. You get served in a to go type of aluminum round tray. Windows in the restaurant are dirty. The inside of the restaurant doesn't look like a bbq restaurant. I hope they make changes. I truly want them to succeed.

Had to visit the second location and the food did not disappoint. The catfish and the ox tail plates were spot on. They were full of flavor and cooked perfectly. The sides also did not disappoint. The greens, Mac n cheese and seasoned fries were delicious.

My family stopped here for dinner the other day and the food was excellent! Pulled pork, chopped beef, jalapeno sausage and BBQ chicken were all excellent: very moist, very flavorful, and very tender. The mac and cheese, cornbread, and green beans were all excellent as well. The customer service was good with the manager and chef coming to check on us and letting us taste new menu items for feedback. My only complaint is that they did not have kind of kids menu or kids portions; but, we ordered a pulled pork sandwich for the kids to share and they loved it. I will be going back soon to try out their lunch special menu and to try their fried chicken. I would highly recommend to anyone craving BBQ that is different than the standard Texas style.

My family and I went here a few days ago. The barbecue was great and their southern style menu was just as good. My son Had the fried chicken which taste smoked as well I had a brisket sandwich Memphis style with the slaw and my husband had a brisket plate and he kept On Saying how tender the brisket was. The collard greens, sweet potatoes and banana pudding are to die for glad to have them close and part of the community. 10/10
