Pork's BBQ Pit, LLC

Tried this delicious place at the Skowhegan County Fair. I got the three taco meal: Chicken, pulled pork and brisket. The owner warmed up the tortillas until a light crisp/crunch to it and it made all the difference. I enjoyed the meat as it has slight flavor; more of the natural meat flavor. It was juicy and not dry, always a plus. And the pico de gallo was fresh and tasted homemade. I would have given it a 5 star if they made the tortillas homemade and not the store bought tortillas. Living in Texas for 8 years, trust me, homemade tortillas make allllll the difference in flavor! I would suggest that they drain the pico so it isn't so juicy and wet and to also add a second tray when serving the tacos so that when eating them, the juice can be drained in the other paper tray.
