Pork Belly Filipino Kitchen

I was craving Flip food and remembered this place had opened last year and had decent breakfasts and lunch combos. I had their bangus the first time and was very filling, like who is going to ever leave starving after having filipino food. They now have these $9.95 bowls which come with 4 egg rolls , entree with rice. I ordered 2 of the chicken adobo bowls ( save one for office) and Jessica put extra adobo juice. Delicious, although don't eat too fast as there are small bones. I dined table side, very comfortable seating and very clean, not dingy like the prior establishment ran by the elderly couple. Pork adobo is spot on! Just the right amount of salty, vinegar, and oil. I also tried the goat curry and while the flavor was sweet and good there were just too many bones. My combo came with singang which was the right amount of sour..

We just landed in L.A and was craving for a silog. I got a Longsilog and it was not really satisfying. Garlic rice doesn't really taste like garlic rice. I think they just used garlic powder. Their eggs are horrible. It looks like it has been sitting in the warmer for ages. I also had pork adobo and lechon kawali. They are decent, but the size is really small. Staff is friendly, but food definitely need some more love

Very good Filipino food and service. Taste like homemade Filipino food my grandma used to cook. If you are down and feeling sad and need a little "fix" come and eat here! 😜😁

Tasty and affordable food. Take out mostly here, but you can dine in as well. The pork belly, adobo, and sinigang are highlights.
