Great diner for breakfast and lunch! The prices here are reasonable, and the portions are large!

Been in Hampton Roads for 30 years and have never been here. It was awful. I had the meatloaf, mashed potatos, baked beans, garlic bread, and tea. You know how on a meatloaf, there is a red sauce on top, this one didn't have that. They put the same brown gravy as on the mashed potatos. They should just Google "Meatloaf Recipe" and make that. Their meatloaf was just meat stuff...no flavor at all. The mashed potatos, tea, and garlic bread were great. The baked beans...oh...cmon....these were beans out of a beanie weenie can. These were not baked beans. I'll bet this place has microwaves in the back. I don't know how long this place has been here, but clearly Poquoson has gotten used to this awful food. I will say this. Before I ordered, I asked the waitress about the meatloaf and she told me

First time here and we're impressed with the menu prices. The food was delicious and made with care. The coffee nothing special just standard restaurant coffee. We definitely want to go back again to try dinner here. This place is definitely a local spot.

Great Place and Delicious Food. Not far from home for a home cooked meal. Once again this Dinner out shines itself. Fresh and delicious food. It always hits the spot. Just finished this amazing Bang Bang Berry Salad topped with fried chicken nuggets. A Must Try!!!
