Relaxed and laid back atmosphere, server ( and bartender Donald) was awesome, friendly and makes you feel right at home! Started with the crabcake nuggets"" I didn't share and ate everyone of them""" We had the grilled tuna sandwich which was delicious! and Pops three from the Sea which was fried perfectly and tasted great ( oysters were excellent!) the hush puppies tasted yummy and the fries with our plates were great! Had a few drinks ( thank you for not skimping on the bourbon) overall a relaxed and delicious meal"" I'd definitely recommend checking out Pop's for a great meal! Prices are affordable and they are the best on Hatteras for seafood "..

We've passed this place so many times over the years and we regret not coming sooner. Every meal was top notch, I loved the kick on the Korean BBQ wings, the fried pickles were amazing. Kids and adults were very happy.

Update for 2025: still just as great as last year. We tried some new items, chowder and the 3 From the Sea fried dinner, and both were fantastic. Small, friendly, hole-in-the-wall type place with delicious seafood offerings. Fish bites were delicious. Raw bar oysters were meaty, fresh and clean. The cocktail sauce they serve is very horseradish forward and was perfect to accompany all of the dishes we ordered, yummy! Staff was great. We will definitely add this place to our must visits each vacation.

Very good ‘locals’ hangout. If you don’t act like a tourist you can be ok, but locals rule… Bartender was awesome, runner was hauling ass! Food came out quick and was fantastic. Very busy at Friday happy hour but worth the wait!

This is a great little bar. The music wasn't too loud, there was plenty of space to sit. I ordered the Trigger fish platter, it came with fries, hushpuppies and coleslaw.
