Was here yesterday for Lunch 09/25/2024. Let me start by saying the owners of this franchise are nice and are an asset to Tinley Park. i really want to like this Pops! Unfortunately, my experience yesterday mirrors visits I've had the last 90 days. First, the hot dog. ordered with everything and sports peppers. The pics show these were not sports peppers. I think they were pickled Serrano that tasted nasty like the tin can they came in. The bun has no poppy seeds and was hard as a rock. The dog itself was a skinless, limp, luke warm, and tasteless dog. The dog had too much mustard, a small blob of relish, hardly any onions, no celery salt and no sports peppers. All in all this was an awful Chicago dog As for the beef, my standard order: Hot, sweet, and wet. First it was DRY a

I want to let you know that you have a young lady working behind the counter tonight who did a great job helping me with my order. I'm sure for other employees I would have been frustrating to deal with, but she did a fantastic job. Keep up the great work and the fantastic food!
