Pop's Italian Beef & Sausage

I love pops their beef sandwiches are TDF they make awesome Italian sausage sandwiches also. I suggest exploring the menu. If you need catering for a kids party or a get together they have great set ups. ( secret )->try their homemade Gardinera it is really good be careful it is addictive

I have been eating at this Pops location for 10 years and their Italian beef is excellent (in taste), except for 1 detail. When you order the beef "wet" they dont seem to understand that concept of "easy au jus". Instead, they make the sandwich dipped, or submerged in the au jus which makes it extremely difficult to eat as the bread falls apart. Chicagoans know that a beef can be wet or dipped/baptized but there are different levels of wetness. Please make the appropriate adjustments so we can keep coming back.

Pops is great. They have a wide variety of foods, though I usually end up getting the gyros, which are exceptional. Prices are reasonable and service is fast.

Pops is GREAT! They're food is delicious, their staff is friendly, & the store is very clean. Located on Route 30 in New Lenox, Pop's is very easy to get to & then be on your way. And their coupons are a plus!

Menu did not appear to be the same as other locations, food was the same, staff was quiet , did not seem friendly but did as requested, no one smiling ? Seemed odd, but all was great tasting
