Poppyseeds Bagels

My fiancée and I placed an online order through their website. This is the first time we’ve ever been to Poppyseed bagels. His order was as requested, but once he got home with the food we realized not only was one of my sides totally missing, but the sandwich had totally different toppings from what I customized on their website, including ingredients I can’t have due to a medical condition. When we called to get a refund on my order, they said it was our fault for not grabbing the side ourself and that they aren’t responsible for putting it in the carry out bag, and they’re sure the sandwich they made was correct, even though we literally have the receipt in the bag, pictures of the sandwich and the online order receipt that shows otherwise. Absolute garbage customer service.

Prices have gone way up and quality has gone way down. They used to be the only option for a bagel place in our area, but with lots of other places popping up, they need to actually step up their game. Increasing prices and decreasing food quality is just not acceptable. This is a picture of what my toasted bagel with butter and grape jelly looked when I got home and it was immediately thrown out as that amount of butter and jelly was gross. It’s like they could not make the simplest of requests. This along with 2 two egg, bacon and cheese was $30! Price gouging at this point.

Oof, the prices here are waaaayyyy to expensive. Since they don't take call in orders and we were on a time crunch we ordered online..and thank goodness we did. When I got there the line was out the door. For 2 bagels with ham, cheese, and an egg it was $28! There was hardly any meat. That's insanity! We won't be paying that again, and neither should you.

this place has the worst customer service i have genuinely ever seen. not to be rude but maybe don’t hire literal children to work customer service lmfao. my bagel was covered in cream cheese and looked a mess plus the girls up front just stared at me to grab my food after taking my name down to not even call it out?? very weird. i love poppyseeds bagels but yall need to figure out the staffing issue quick.

Avoid this place if you can find something different. I have been going to that place since 2015 . The place got really overpriced and quality of bagels are horrible. This is what I got for 16$. Asked to toast my bagel but it was cold and hard as a rock. Never coming back to this place I will find something better to eat for that price.
