Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

We ordered a family size chicken strip with sides and the chicken sandwich with bacon and cheese on it when we got home it had no chicken in the chicken sandwich how do you not put the chicken in the chicken sandwich that is horrible we lived out of town and had to go without it so how do you plan on fixing that. And on top of that I started at 9:10 trying to call them back when it says they don't close till 11:00 this is ridiculous we should be getting our full refund back for all of this but yet no receipt was given so I can't post it or get help any other way but to put it on here when they have plenty of time to answer the phone but they refuse and they don't close till 11:00 but I can't get them on the phone something needs to be done about this Popeyes everybody's rude and I'm tellin

Service was great chicken was hot can't get no better than that

They canceled my order twice because they didn’t wanna make it and they cut their DoorDash site off so I couldn’t order anymore.

Worst experience we have had at any Popeyes throughout the country!!! Went through the drive thru was told to pull to the side and wait…waited 30 mins..went inside to see what’s taking so long..our food was sitting there..INCORRECTLY packaged. The employees aside from one VERY nice gentleman were very rude and argumentative about an order that was sitting right in front of them. The manager lady was absolutely NO help she walked by at least 3x. We spent over $70 and still came home to missing items. The picture is how they packed our 2 kids meal and 2 combos of 12 nuggets each! Mostly bread crumbs!! A refund should be given!!
