Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

$20 for 2 Surf and Turf meals, consisting of: 2 chicken tender strips, 4 pcs shrimp, a side and a biscuit. We also ordered a $4 order of fried pickles and a drink. We keep saying we're not going back. This time WILL BE the last time... and THAT'S in "blood" because it keeps happening... this place has been taking money for garbage for a long time. We live 1 mile... ONE MILE... from Popeyes in White Hall AR. When my husband got back to the house with our order -- less than 15 minutes after the online order was placed from my chair -- we could see nothing had changed. Disappointed. AGAIN! The 2 skinny chicken tender strips were chicken tough strips. Paper-thin and not one ounce of heat, hard in places! Like strips of fried paper! Nearly meatless. The shrimp was tiny, and mostly b

First in line at drive thru. Ordered a #1. Large. Fries and coleslaw. Pulled up to windows, handed regular drink. Drink replaced, asked to park by trash can and wait for food. 6 cars get served in the next 20 minutes as I wait. And I'm handed 2 orders of fingers. No thanks

My family refuses to patronize Popeyes in White Hall. The last food that we got from there was over cooked in old grease! This was after calling an order in -waiting in line for 15 minutes- asked to pull up for another 20 minutes- then told that they didn’t have any coleslaw! They never seem to have coleslaw and most of the workers are rude!

Didn’t want to even give 1 star but wouldn’t let me post without picking one. Had to throw my dinner away because both of my sides had long black hair in it. Both of my sides had several hairs in them. I called the restaurant and was treated rudely. I didn’t want a refund but something isn’t right when more than one item has hair in it. I just wanted them to know but they weren’t interested in hearing it.

Waited almost an hour for our food. Spicy and mild boxes were not labeled, and we only got half of our food. We were missing 4 fries for our meal. The most of employees were just standing around while 1 person packed all of the food. I'm pissed because we drove over 30 minutes just to get there.
