Absolute worst, slowest popeyes on the planet earth. Pulled up at 6:40. 20 minutes later, I'm 2 car lengths closer. Everytime I come here, it takes minimal 30 minutes. They'll take your money, then make you pull up out the drive thru window, and you'll sit there anywhere from 30-60 MORE minutes, consistently.... im writing this as im in the drive thru line, but im definitely leaving after I post this review. Popeyes of Walker, your lack of efficiency is 100% the cause of me leaving instead of purchasing $60-$70 worth of food for my family. General manager needs to be fired/replaced, and either the crew needs more people or they need to be replaced as well. Attached 2 videos. First one was taken at 6:40 pm. 2nd one was taken at 7:00pm. I would like to take a moment to commend the outstanding service and professionalism displayed by the staff at the Popeyes location in Walker, Louisiana. I dine in for lunch at this location quite often, and I can confidently say it is the best Popeyes I have visited. During my most recent visit, I was immediately greeted and warmly welcomed by Ms. Sandy as soon as I entered the restaurant. Her friendly demeanor set the tone for an excellent experience. I ordered my favorite meal — the 2-piece spicy chicken with mashed potatoes and a sweet tea. Ms. Renea prepared my tray, and the food was fresh, hot, and excellently prepared, ready to enjoy. I placed an online Togo order for $50.75 on Tuesday, March 25, 2025 at 3:15 PM to be picked up at the Walker location. I made it home and discovered HAIR FRIED INTO MY CHICKEN TENDERS. I sent an email to the support team and it’s been over 2 days and no one has contacted me back. I’ve called the restaurant 10 different times and every single time, the phone get sent to busy. This is NOT how you should run a business. This is very unprofessional and disgusting. It’s bad enough my food in INEDIBLE and I can’t even get SUPPORT FOR MY ISSUE. That’s absolutely ridiculous to spend $50 and receive hair fried into your food and no one to contact. I’ll be reaching out to the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU and THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT because this is absolutely unacceptable. What a joke calling yourselves busi

Went to try out the new strawberry biscuits. There was a ten minute wait for the biscuits. I was at the Walker location. I had to be pulled up to wait on biscuits. As I was waiting for my food the cashier comes and hands me my debit card I had left it. 🙃 Thank goodness I had to wait on my food. So, I would give the cashier the honest award. I got the biscuits got home my son absolutely loves them. I thought they could use more jam so I ended up getting jam packed which really fulfilled my craving. A cup of milk would be great with those biscuits. Update: 0ctober 6, 2025 Had to call and ask for the Manager. The food was so good The best Popeyes food I done had in a longgggggg time. The chicken was so delicious. The mac and cheese was doing its thing. The coleslaw amazing!!!!!!! The biscuit

This is the 2nd times in 2 weeks I've been horribly disappointed with the quality & taste of the Food. The chicken is either Way Too Bland with Absolutely No Taste to the Mild Chicken & the Spicy chicken is so overcooked it's almost burnt & it's really hard. The meat is almost not edible at all because of being soo overcooked. Then I ordered a family meal & I didn't receive my 6 Biscuits at all with my order, instead I was given a 2nd box of Fries which I DID NOT WANT. I WANTED MY BISCUITS!! And last, when I opened my Red Beans the container was barely 1/2 full!! I got Ripped Off for sure!! I didn't say anything the 1st time we had problems less than 2 weeks ago, but Today was just down Right Horrendous. Popeyes needs to get it together with their Services & Cook that Dang Food C
