Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

Ordered a chicken strip meal and was served this. Pretty sad excuse for “chicken strips” not even strips barely any meat inside the breading chunks. Fries were soggy and biscuit wasn’t much better

This was the first time eating at Popeye's and it will be my last. I looked at the menu before coming so I had an idea of what I wanted, which I picked the shrimp and chicken tender combo. I wanted to try all the sides so I got the large combo and then the two regular sides for $5. I also got an apple pie and a strawberry and cream cheese pie. I'm having a hard time understanding how anybody likes this food. It didn't have that spicy kick I was expecting. It tasted really odd and weird where it made my stomach hurt. There was hardly any chicken inside of the tenders plus they were very small and the breading was almost too hard to chew. I personally thought the biscuit tasted gross. The red beans and rice had a particularly odd smell to it and it did not taste any better. The coleslaw was

I have been eating at this location for a few years now and love the food. The last 5 or 6 weekly visits the quality of the food and the service has been hit or miss for me. I see employees stepping outside to smoke and return to serving food without washing their hands. The entry doors do not appear to be cleaned for quite some time. The 2 managers that were informed said thank you but I have not seen any improvement. I am willing at this point to give this location another visit in the near future. I feel it is all up to the management to be managers first and friends second. Thank you.

I asked if the shrimp was spicy and the cashier was like no. So I asked for the shrimp combo and was told they was out of it. So I did the two piece chicken combo w/ fries and I asked for fresh fries and they gave me what was laying there and they was barely warm. The chicken was not hot neither was the biscuit. I would use caution going there.

Not coming in as a customer but coming in as a dasher, possibly some of the slowest staff I have ever experienced, orders backed up on screen, took almost 10 minutes of waiting for one of them to acknowledge I was there, then almost a 20 minute wait for 2 chicken sandwiches to be made. Quite ridiculous also watching customers wait 10+ minutes for food to even be started.
