Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

Got food from here a few weeks ago since I was in the area with my travel buddy and the food was great. The service was very quick and efficient too. Will be back again.

This Popeye was very quick at around 3:pm, when passing the Drive through. Plus the FOOD was freshly excellent, putting the 🍟 in a separate bag, was an excellent idea.

I was dissatisfied with this Popeyes early on, as the food never matched the order. I have not had this problem in a long time, and have had 3 very pleasant visits recently. I did have to wait longer than I'd expect to get served inside, considering there was no line, but the drive through was very busy so it made sense. I am very happy with how well this Popeyes turned around!

I will never do an online order again because I had to call and make sure they gave me what I wanted. I told the woman that I wanted both dinners with two thighs and a wing. From the pictures u can see what they delivered to me. Then I called back after the man delivered it. They tell me they can’t do another order unless I bring it to them. I also said I wanted them to deliver me another order. But they won’t do anything.

I’m having problems with the app i told the manager & she told me she’s not having problems. So that means i shouldn’t have any problem cuz she said so. I tried it again & the app took my money. I tried to show that to her but she was no help at all. MAKING ME FEEL LIKE I’M THE WRONG ONE CUZ IM HAVING PROBLEMS WITH THE APP I TRIED TO SHOW HER BUT IT WAS LIKE SHE REALLY DIDN’T CARE. THE AMOUNT OF $22.36 WAS TAKEN OUT OF MY ACCOUNT. & I GOT NO FOOD. I WASTED MORE THEN TWO HOURS JUST TO TRY TO GET MY MONEY BACK THAT I WON’T GET BACK FOR 7 DAYS. THANK YOU POPEYES FOR WASTING MY TIME & TAKEN MY MONEY AT THE SAME TIME. I ALSO FEEL LIKE IT WAS A WASTE OF TIME THAT THEY ALSO DIDN’T HELP ME BY GIVING ME THE NUMBER TO REACH OUT TO SOMEONE. AS MUCH AS I LOVE POPEYES. I WON’T BE GIVING MY MONEY TO YOU
