Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

Writing this to say I think the service is really good here unlike other reviews. I come a lot since I work close and love Popeyes for many reasons. At lunch there's not usually a long wait. I like that the staff seem like friends. I'm never worried walking and going inside if I have to wait a few minutes because I know the atmosphere is relaxed. Exactly what I need out of the office. Popeyes in general is great I love the boxes, no stray fries like McDonald's. Grape jelly on my biscuit mmmmm 😍. Sweet heat sauce is a religion they often run out. Thanks Popeyes they all deserve a raise.

Me as well as several others have been waiting for 45 minutes for food. The customer service is terrible and the staff is very disrespectful. TERESA at the register is not a good host or has any type of customer service, she needs to be retrained or let go. The young lady on the drive thru does not care about the customers time nor food. I only seen the MEN working and TERESA talks to the men in the staff poorly I feel so bad for them. There was another lady that made my food after waiting 45 minutes and still took her time then when she got to me laughed and asked, “WAS I TAKING TOO LONG”, seriously inconsiderate and low class sarcasm. Out of ALL of my years in the food industry as a manager I have NEVER been inside of an establishment and seen it ran SOOO poorly. I will tell a ANYBODY TH

I had a good experience at this visit. I used my mobile app to use family meal deal. I went inside due to long drive thru line but it worked out no one inside. Chicken was hot and ready. My order was 100% correct. Had all the dipping sauces i asked for.

I had a long day at work and was unable to eat lunch. My stomach was in my back, now I usually wouldn't pick Popeyes to eat but it was the first thing I saw leaving work. To my surprising my food was fresh especially my frys and very hot to my liking.

For one, they do not acknowledge you when you walk in the door, and don’t buy no food here because you’ll likely have roaches in it, Two the wait time is crazy for it being so many people working at this location. Realistically they need to close this location all together . Health violations. Customer service is horrible. Environment isn’t that clean either
