Arrived for order was told to sit in parking lot for “15 minutes” while classic chicken is cooked. 45 mins later still nothing. Worst fast food restaurant I’ve been too in this area.

This is the WORST location I've ever been to. They can't count and they CAN'T cook. My order was missing chicken and my dessert. I came back to get the order corrected and they threw a random wing, not even in the sauce requested in my bag. When I got back to my car to eat, I noticed the chicken was raw. This is a hazard. I will call the health dept and report this.

I doordash this store and the employees are nice to me. They are a bit slow and all employees are Latino so they speak fluent Spanish and are ok with English. I bought chicken from here cause years ago their chicken was thee best around. However when I ate here recently the chicken and breading tasted way different and chicken to me was rubbery. Prices are ridiculous but that's going on everywhere. They WILL charge u for any Extra dipping sauces and I was listening to an employee talk about charging more for drinks with no ice which to me is getting out of hand! Plus it seems when u walk into the store everyone is hiding in the back and sometimes it takes a very long time for someone to come out n take ur order. And some of the employees seem to hate their job and can be very blah when ur

Ordered door dash red beans and rice and got rice no beans with mush. Food was cold dasher arrived before the order was completed. For 18$ atleast fill the side of the food is going to be cold

Twice they have got my order wrong. Excellant food but very poor service. They do not comprehend very well when it comes to placing orders
