For additional clarification regarding the situation I experienced at the Rockaway location: After picking up my to-go order for myself and my family, I walked around the corner and immediately witnessed something extremely disturbing while still holding our food in my hands. I saw one of the cooks standing outside with his bare hand inside the back of his pants, touching his bare rear end. I was absolutely shocked and disgusted. The realization that this was the same person responsible for preparing the food my family and I were about to eat was deeply upsetting and honestly traumatic. Without hesitation, I threw the entire order away. There was no way I could serve that food to my family after seeing such unsanitary and unhygienic behavior. So so fried chicken. Service is terrible. We bought family meals of 12pcs tenders. Asked for sauces, staff initially said they dont have sauce. Then after we pointed sauces choice at the menu, she later said yes we have it. Gave us 4 pcs which is not enough for family menu. Asked for more sauce, she said "they charge for it" After i asked how much? She finally gave 3 more sauces. Free. And i thank her for her generosity. I mean, isnt sauce is supposed to give out to customer to eat their chicken tenders or fries with for dipping??? Why they hoard sauces??? I wont be back. Nothing is special with the chicken. Cookie is dry and hard. Plus bad service. Had to beg for sauces. Yet i still give 3 star, dont want goigle block my review again for giving bad review

Extremely Poor Service and Unprofessional Management I had a very disappointing experience at this Popeyes location. After walking in, I waited about 5–10 minutes just to have my order taken, even though the store wasn’t very busy. I was using the Popeyes app and had a 100% valid coupon code, but as has happened on several visits, the staff claimed the code wasn’t valid. What made things worse was the attitude of the employees—especially the manager, who was the one serving me. They were rude, dismissive, and seemed completely uninterested in helping or even making a sale. If the manager is setting this example, it’s no wonder the rest of the staff behaves the same way. I strongly recommend that this location consider bringing in new management and retraining staff on customer service.

Don't come to this kind of place to spend money. You have to look at other people's faces when spending money. I have never seen such an attitude from Popeyes. It's speechless. If I could not give any stars, I would definitely not give any.

This popeyes location is highly unsanitary. Their food quality is horrible. The staff is extremely rude with horrible attitudes and poor customer service. I waited an unnecessary amount of time just to be serviced although there was no line. I watched a worker put previously fallen fries from old orders back into the serving bin. The list goes on. I’ve never been more disgusted!
