By far the worst Popeyes I’ve EVER been to! I was asked to pull up and my food wasn’t even fresh or hot period when received! My shrimp weren’t even edible, my red beans and rice were half full, and my biscuit was so dry I literally bounced it! Like this is just terrible….and my shrimp came in a cup! I should’ve just took my $12 and threw it out the window, it would’ve been much better spent

This place hasn’t even been open a month yet. I had higher hopes given it was a brand new establishment. I’ve been two times so far and both times orders have been wrong. Ordered a three piece tender and got bone in chicken? Also, please don’t ask us for our sauce order if you’re not going to put it in the bag.. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE do better. I really want to support this location 🤦🏻‍♀️

The worst place to eat chicken, and the service is the worst. They serve you angrily, as if they hate what they do. Terrible customer service. I'll never go back. The Freddy Fazbear Box promotion was a total rip-off, It was supposed to come with chicken tenders, cheese bites, and a cupcake, but everything was hard and cold, and the cupcake was stale.

The "GM" Marvin DIDN'T SPEAK ENGLISH! The "manager" on duty Michelle was rude, stating it didn't matter that the GM doesn't speak English. No apology was offered when my order was messed up. The manager on duty started telling at me because I asked the GM what he wanted me to come back to the store for. He never said to replace the order neither did she. I should've known this was going to go bad when the "GM" hung up on me the first time I called. This store is living up to the Popeyes reputation of rude employees and careless service. All that needed to happen was communication of items not available then the decision could've been made on wether to accept the order or cancel it. I wish I could say I'm disappointed but, I'm not.
