Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

I don't know that I've ever taken the time to review a fast food restaurant but my recent visit to this Popeye's warrants a shoutout to the fantastic staff. The lady who took our order (inside the restaurant) was super nice and cheerful, and the manager even came over while we were eating to ask if everything was OK. Great experience!

The food is always good here, but this is by far, the slowest Popeyes in the entire world! No matter the time of day I come here, I always have to wait 20 minutes or longer to pick up 2 chicken sandwich combos. What makes it worse is the fact that I order these online ahead of time to avoid the wait in-store. Now, in defense, I always get fresh, out of the fryer food! Never once have I received cold or old food! The employees are always nice too which makes up for the wait. I definitely recommend this Popeyes, just prepare yourself to wait for the greatness.

If I was you I'd go through the drive through. It's quicker than going inside. The employees are getting together all the uber and doordash orders before helping customers waiting in line. I got tired of waiting so I got in my car and went right through the drive-thru quickly so I could get to work on time!! Chicken was HARD.

I was very disappointed with this Popeyes location due to multiple issues with service and facilities. The staff was unhelpful, and I was refused a simple cup of water, which is a basic expectation at a restaurant. The restroom is located outside and was not functioning at the time of my visit, causing further inconvenience. I also had to wait almost 10 minutes for my order to be ready, which felt excessive given how slow and disorganized the service appeared. Additionally, I witnessed an employee arguing with a customer, which was highly unprofessional. Overall, this location needs significant improvement in customer service and basic operations. I would not recommend this store based on my experience.

Visited restaurant in the early afternoon. The first item ordered was told no longer available after providing the order in full. This includes sides and drinks. The second attempt to order went pretty smoothly until I requested additional biscuits. There was a 5 minute wait, so additional sides and no strawberry frosted biscuits for dessert.😔 Upon arriving at destination, I found extremely super thin chicken tenders, more breading than chicken. The 2 piece included a very tiny wing and the sides were just okay. I'm not sure if this is a new issue at all restaurants or just this one, but it's made me rethink them as a chicken option.
