I came into the store at 10:38 pm a woman with dreads and the store manager told me I cannot order a sandwich in store I have to order it online. No one is wearing hair nets. No one is wearing gloves idk what’s is going on at this location but it’s the last time I ever come here. The store manager was here came out and told me I cannot buy a sandwich in the store I have to buy it online. Update** 10:45 other customer came in to order the sandwich and was told they cannot. I promptly told them if they order it online they can. Confused they were also upset. Just because this location is in Roxbury it can’t be ran properly? That’s ridiculous

Order two classic chicken sandwiches and a Cajun fry from this store. Employees substituted small chicken tenders for chicken patties, probably to avoid doing work. Each "sandwich" was a single chicken tender ripped in half, smothered in mayo. Never ordering from this location again.

I was very disappointed with my experience here. The manager was surprisingly rude and even added food to my order without my permission, then insisted that we pay for it, this level of service is completely unacceptable. I truly hope the management takes this feedback seriously.

I’ve ordered from here twice and BOTH times they forgot my 4$ dollar drink & the sauces. I thought mhh lets give them another chance, i order for the 3rd time and sure enough they forget it AGAIN. Kinda wild, ive still never tried that mango iced tea rip. Also delivery notes on uber eats wont change anything, these uber drivers barely care and the last one couldnt understand a word i was saying to him💀 anyways pls lock in with the drinks thanks. Oh and also they forget the Buy one get one free deals, and they gave me the wrong sauce wow i mean seriously how difficult can it be not tryna be rude but its like their one job.
