Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

Don’t get me wrong, Popeyes is good, but this location just sucks. Customer service isn’t even good, you’re spending at least half an hour waiting for just the food, and not to mention the cellular service sucks. I work as a Dasher and every time I get an order here, I’m stuck wasting half an hour of my day just being in a line. Would recommend any other place but this

Today is 12/18/25. I’m at the drive through. I placed an online order, that was accept at 10:19. This place supposed to open at 10am. The time is 10:37, the cook and manager on duty has told me there will be no chicken available for another hour. EVERY time I come to this location there is an issue. This establishment would be more profitable if it was being ran better. Tho I only saw one other car get turned away, that’s still missed money! If you are the owner you need to do a mystery shop. I got my food at 11:05am. And then they did not even give me the four bbq sauces that I paid for, Unacceptable!!!

Darius was rude. Him and the lady working with him don't know how to greet customers. Waited at the speaker for minutes without a word being said to me. Then the lady finally speaks and tells me to pull forward and I tell her the order of the name I am picking up and she ignores me and doesn't say anything so I pull forward. Then when I get to the window they ask who I am picking up for, and don't say anything to me and close the window on me when I say the name. They claimed they didn't have any of the items for the order and to ask the customer if they wanted bone in wings instead of boneless and all of a sudden they have the items available, aside from the boneless wings. I call the customer and ask her to call the restaurant and then I go back in line. Again, no one says anything at th

Lot's to say about this place.... Be prepared to wait in line forever (not literally but definitely feels like it). The service is not very friendly and don't even try to offer you anything extra when they totally mess up your order and you wait even longer to get the right stuff. Only drive thru no indoor dining. They have 2 drive thru windows one on each side of the building but only use one. And since KFC closed this is your ONLY chicken place on this side of town so definitely usually very busy. You can order on the app which seemed like a great idea especially seeing that you can pick the time you want to pick up your order......when I did this my order still hadn't even been started when I showed up and I was even way later than the time I chose.....and still waited for about an hour

Would give a 0 if possible, Ordered food, sat in drive thru for 30 minutes to get up to the window and get told they didn't have what we ordered, nor were we offered anything else to replace the food that we ordered. Just close this place, its a joke.......
