Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

I just posted a negative review for the Popeyes on Middleville Road in Livonia. They have a 2.5 star. I was surprised at this Popeyes had a 2.8 star. Hopefully, when they read this, they would appreciate my candor in a opinion. I have been coming to this location for over 30 years. The restaurant has always been clean. The employees have always been friendly on the food has always been fresh. With one caveat did receive would appeared to be some old shrimp just once, but I never complained about it and that was years ago. I’m leaving this five star review because if you look at the picture on the left is what I receive yesterday from Popeyes on Middlebelt Road in Livonia. We went through the drive through order a family meal, chicken, tenders and fries for the side with four biscuits they had us pull over to the side because the food wasn't ready. We get home and the chicken's not even hot. I checked the fries before we leave. They were scalding hot, so I feel okay, we're good. Everything should be hot. I tried to call the phone number. They have, it doesn't even work. I definitely would like to speak to a manager. This chicken is ice cold, definitely not cool. We just spent $30 on something. We can't even enjoy and can't even call to complain, because there's not a working number, it is complete an utter unnecessary stuff like this that makes people not ever want to go out and eat. I requested 10- piece family meal that was on your menu board. Jayvon was working the drive through hissing, smacking his lips and tasting his tongue working as if he did not want to be there. He refused to sell lme the 10 piece family deal. Teh same 10- piece family meal is on the app and on the website. I questioned him but her only offer the 8 piece meal. I had children to feed and prted not to feed the adults. I had the 8 piece CLASSIC, CLEARLY LISTED ON RECEIPT.. HE RETALIATED AND PUT ALL SPICY CHICKEN.. ALL SPICY. IT WAS DONE ON PURPOSE BECAUSE HE GAVE ME HARD TIME WHEN I ASKED FOR A RECEIPT. JAYVON displayed the worst customer service

I ordered online and they got my order wrong. I asked for no pickles and no cheese, but they still gave me both. My sister ordered same as me but with fries and extra cheese, which she got the exact opposite. She didn't even get the fries she wanted, they gave her 2 servings of mashed potatoes and 1 serving of mac and cheese, and all of them tasted bad. But to be fair the burger was good enough. Worst experience ever.

This is easily the best popeyes location within a 20 mile radius. Other locations can take regularly about an hour, even ordering ahead. They'll get orders wrong, or food will be cold, or bad portion size, and the attitude will be, mostly meh. But this location is amazing - the food was fantastic, and fast, and the staff were friendly. Theres a couple locations closer to my house than this one - I will happily go out of my way to visit this popeyes in particular.
