If I could give 1 star I would I order 75 pieces of chicken. I placed my order 2 weeks ahead of my pick day. I picked up the chicken and put it out for all of my guess. So my family was like where did you get this chicken from it is terrible it is hard and dried out so I taste it and it was terrible . I normally purchase my large orders from Popeyes in Paramus Nj. So the following week i called to speak to the manager all the person said was we can offer you a free 2 pieces dinner . Unfortunately that is unacceptable I waited to hear back from a manager before I did a review but as of today I have never heard back from anyone. So with that said anyone wants good fresh Popeyes chicken in our area I advise you to go to rt 17 Paramus location.

Food amazing, the food is just so fresh. THE CHICKEN IS SO GOOOOOOOD. the chicken is so juicy and has perfect amount of salt. The fries were crispy and was 😋. I also enjoyed the biscuits which warmed me up. The service was fast and the workers were very helpful! The place was clean unlike other Popeyes that had crumbs on tables everywhere. 5/5 100% coming back yum.

I thought I would give this place a chance since it is only one minute away and my kids wanted to try it. I ordered two kids’ meals and two spicy chicken sandwich meals through mobile order. The staff seemed very inexperienced, and I waited a long time in the driveway for no reason, even though it was completely empty. When I finally received my order, the kids’ meals were missing the toys and juice. I contacted customer service about the issue. The food quality was also very disappointing—the sandwiches were extremely greasy and had almost no chicken inside, just breadcrumbs. We couldn’t find or taste any real chicken at all. I will not be coming back again.

Coming to a clean Popeye's after a 5 hour drive from Montreal to eat felt refreshing. The owner came up to us to introduce himself which not many fast-food joints do. The employees were super nice. I didn't like my sweet strawberry tea and they rapidly changed it to an unsweetened one. 5/5 would stop at this exact Popeye's again!

I decided to give this place a shot since the closest Popeye's was in Paramus.I was sort of misled by the app deal redemption thing. I thought I could show it to the cashier but I had to actually place the order on the app first. Didn't even go to the extra mile to honor it. Fast forward to trying the food. It was okay, a bit overpriced though. Actually, you're better off going to Chick Fil A, or the Burger King in Mahwah. I've had better food there and both of their quantities are higher AND for a much more reasonable price. I might give this place a second shot, I've never stepped inside yet. I don't know when, not anytime soon though.
