Ordered dinner here on 11/24/25 through the drive through, We were told to pull up (which is fine) but when we got our food it was cold and everything tasted like fish, as a Service worker myself, we all know chicken, fries, and hot drops all have specific fryers for food safety and cook timers, I simply called the store to tell the manager whoever was working back line was dropping food into the wrong fryers as my fries, and chicken tasted like fish, when they answered the phone I asked for the manager and got a stark “this is the manager” and when I explained why I was calling I got a bland and monotone “okay I’ll tell them” and hung up, I’m just disappointed at the lack of professionalism they didn’t even try to reconcile the situation or try to offer a refund or another meal (which I w

Michelle Was a great manager!They've really got some nice staff in there now, chicken is great...arguably better than Bojangles which makes me kind of sad as Bo girl lol. They're was an error in my order that with the drive it took to come here truly made it inconvenient. Michele listened to my story, veggie it made some sense and did a great job fixing things for me. I took time to leave this review because I'm fix service mistakes happen but a cinema to Good service AND Good food is even better. Shout out to her and Capital Blvd staff.

I purchased this chicken, 9/18/2025 about 9pm. When I arrived home and bit into the chicken, the inside looked old and rotten. I didn’t have a receipt in my bag for the order. I tried phoning the location several times, but no answer. Therefore, I had to post my concerns about the food in a review.

Nov 2, 2025 the line in drive thru was backed up and went inside and the line was out the door. I waited 20 min b4 getting to the counter. Once I got there the Manager who was taking orders asked me to wait... he then goes to fill other orders. Once I got my order taken it was incorrect. The manager along with the other worker became very short with me and rude. I was going to explain my experience here but I've decided that would be a waste of my time. I've read other complaints here and your response and although you've offered an apology, i do not see where you've attempted to make the situation right in order to keep your customer. I purchased a two-piece white dinner this evening and the chicken was raw to the bone. I have never had this experience at a Popeyes restaurant or any restaurant. I should have been more mindful and looked at the piece of chicken before putting it in my mouth, but when I started to chew it, it had the most foulest taste I have ever experienced before spitting it out. To my surprise, it was raw to the bone. The young lady in the drive-through was very pleasant. I am praying that the chicken that I did eat does not get me sick. Please consider cooking your chicken a little longer. Thank you.
