Hey Popeyes! Don't be ripping off your loyal customers with el cheapo servings! There's not a single one of these that's a full serving. Are the few cents you steal from the customer worth the shame of being called out publicly like this?

An excellent Popeyes location inside a gas station. Super friendly (and patient) employees guided us through the new menu items. The new flounder sandwich was delicious. Lighter breading than the traditional chicken sandwich. Actually better than the Filet-o-fish, if you can believe that. Butterfly Shrimp were good too. Again a different breading than the chicken. Bathrooms were clean. Recommend.

Outstanding Service by Ari at Popeyes in Porter! I have to take a moment to recognize Ari for her exceptional customer service. She truly went above and beyond to make my visit the best experience I’ve had at Popeyes in a long time. I’ve been to several locations where I’ve encountered issues, but this visit was a breath of fresh air thanks to Ari’s professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail. Honestly, Ari’s level of service shows she has the leadership qualities to be a manager. Her positive attitude and dedication to customer satisfaction set a high standard that others should follow. Thank you, Ari, for your hard work and for making my day! Keep up the amazing work—you truly make a difference!

I placed an order through the Popeyes app for 9 chicken legs, and the app let me purchase them with no issue. But when I arrived at the store, I was told they “couldn’t do that” because they have a limit of 5 legs. That makes absolutely no sense — why would the app allow it if the store refuses to honor it? On top of that, they made me wait over 40 minutes for my order. No communication, no apology, nothing. Completely unprofessional and poorly managed. If the store has limits, they should match the app or at least let customers know before making them waste their time. Very disappointing experience. Not coming back to this location anytime soon.

I have always had great service & delicious fresh food at the Popeyes’ on US 12/20 in Porter, IN. I miss going regularly, but just had some carry out at a family dinner, & it was spot on! So my sister in law in Portage & Me in Hammond will travel out of our way for Popeyes’ at the Porter location which is housed in a Truckstop setting.
