Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

Came here first Friday of Lent and was pleasantly surprised that they had the spicy fish I heard about. It did not disappoint. The counter people were efficient and friendly.The order came pretty quickly and it was hot, flaky and had the right amount of spice. The Mac n Cheese was hot, creamy and cheesey. Perfect comfort food on a rainy day. I live on the Westside and came here just for that. You guys should carry the flounder all year. Will definitely be coming back for more

This was hands down one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at any fast food place. The food was old, nasty, and clearly not fresh at all. On top of that, Katlyn and Dens treated me horribly with zero respect or professionalism. Their attitudes were disgusting, like they didn’t care at all that they were at work. When I asked for a refund because the food was unacceptable, they went to the back and started laughing, which was beyond disrespectful and immature. That alone shows how poorly this location is run. The whole place felt gross, the service was trash, and the staff acted like customers are a joke. Absolutely disgusting behavior. I will never come back to this Popeyes again.

Terrible service. The cashier has a terrible attitude, she does not offer a good service in attitude to place the order, she does it in a bad way, apart from that they took a lot to deliver the order to us and they delivered it incomplete, we approached to order what was needed and angry. Food is OK, (except some fries were still frozen) but the older ladies that work here are super rude. Gave me attitude when I tried to buy more dipping sauce for my son, charged me for two sauces when I only asked for one. Then put on a big show about trying to refund me, I finally just told her to keep my money. I’ll take my business elsewhere next time.

Doesn’t matter how much you spend or what you order , if you don’t get chicken tenders you don’t get any sauces except Jelly or Honey. Just take the pictures down since sauce isnt what they have.
