Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

Hands down the worst experience of my weekend. No bbq sauce, ice machine is broken, run by a bunch of teenagers with no oversight. They screwed up ever order we saw served. Myself and all the others had to come back and get the utensils to eat because they weren’t put in the bags. The food was burnt to a crisp, all they had was spicy chicken, and the pop corn shrimp popped loooooong before being served. Did I mention that the card reader was broken? Or that the place didn’t look like it had been cleaned all week.

Terrible experience. Arrived at 8:30pm (they close at 11pm). They were out of all sandwiches and boneless wings so the only options were bone in chicken, shrimp, or tenders. Out of ranch, sweet heat, and coleslaw. Tenders were not fresh and were small. All chairs in dinning room were on tables, trash cans were covered, and bathrooms were closed. Will not be back to this location.

Waited 20 minutes to even be acknowledged by some very rude employees who were clearly too high to be putting a tenders box together. After spending 20 minutes to be acknowledged after placing our order at the counter and finally be able to pay they very rudely threw together my food and couldn’t be bothered to make sure it was correct. Horrible place.

It's part of a truck stop and the Travel Center really needs an update bathrooms are nasty and everything. The men's restroom was absolutely horrible. If you go in there you better want to do number one not number two LOL

I had the spicy chicken sandwich combo with extra Pickles. Just the right spice! Cajun fries were good. They were pretty busy but service was fast.
