Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

My mashed potatoes have disinfectant cleaner in it. My wife can't beleive I would take a bite with it smelling that bad. I took two bites trying to figure out what was wrong with it. No need to induce vomiting. I have already started. The chicken however was great. Never eating here again. Definitely, keeping the potatoes incase I end up in the hospital and need to file a lawsuit.

Worst Popeyes around. Manager onsite is completely incompetent. They overcharge you and you show them, they just tell you it’s right and computer doesn’t make mistakes. It’s sad when a manager cannot even do basic math. Meal cost $10.69 and app discount shows 25% off. It only gave $1.28 discount. Please explain how $1.28 is 25% of $10.69. Asked manager to show me and calculate 25% off and he refused and said it was right. 25% off is actually $2.67. I hope that $1.39 extra was worth losing any future business and bad review.

I placed a mobile order for pick up. I paid for extra sauces. I didn’t even receive these sauces that came with my meal or the extra sauces when I called to speak to a manager I was asked how good is your Spanish and then when I just wanted to speak to someone because I don’t speak Spanish, all he could do was give me his condolences on the missing items. I ordered wings that come with sauce so that I could have sauce to dip the wings in. I’m just throwing everything away because there’s no point in eating cold food without sauces and I will never visit this establishment again. If you visit this establishment, make sure that you check everything before you leave or You might as well save your money. Because they won’t do anything to make it right.

Went to this store today for chicken. Ordering was a breeze, paying was simple, and they went to work on my order immediately. I purchased the 12 piece, spicy, dark meat family pack. We drove 10 miles home and we dove in! The chicken was still hot, freshly fried, very crispy crust, and just perfectly cooked and moist. Had mashed potatoes and gravy, Mac & cheese, biscuits, and an order of 6 jalapenos! Good thing they threw in a big handful of napkins because the chicken was so juicy is was running down our hands. I've tried other local chicken joints; Popeyes is the best choice---hands down the best!!!!

We want through the drive ordering a meal for my family in the drive-through they up charge me a dollar for a side that actually comes with the meal and then when we received our food, it was poor service at the window. We arrived home 10 minutes later from the restaurant which half the container was full of potatoes instead of having a large it looks like a medium, and the mac & cheese is not full. Either I asked for the gravy on the side and they gave me this little tiny container with some gravy and my chicken is cold. The manager was rude and dismissive when I called back to tell her my food wasn’t right
